PRODUCT/SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our delivery charges are determined based on the order placed. We use freight as the mode of shipping. Our Piano Shells are shipped in a sturdy box that measures 66″x37″x12″ and weighs 97 lbs (including the piano shell). The shell itself weighs only 55 lbs. To ensure the safety of our product during transportation, we utilize eco-conscious and all-recyclable padding. This environmentally friendly approach to packaging aligns with our commitment towards sustainable practices.
Our soft shell cases are shipped for free with the purchase of the S30 piano shell.

Yes! The legs are connected with 2 bolts that can easily be unscrewed by the user. The legs then store inside the shell for transport.
These are full wood-construction covered with Formica Laminate for durability. The Legs are made out of Particle board
They are extremely stable for standard playing. However, they are not designed to withstand large lateral/sideways forces, so you will notice a slight wiggle when pushing on them from the side.

Cars might not fit the shell, but if you can put down the seats, almost any crossover or SUV can accommodate the shell. At this size, a 70 cubic foot vehicle can fit 2 shells, 2 keyboards, 2 12″ speakers, 2 LED light rigs, a Mixing board, and all the cables/stands/stools/accessories to go with it.
Yes! We offer a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty to cover any manufacturing defects. This includes critical defects only, such as the shell not being able to be assembled. If you’re having any difficulties with your shell, please reach out directly and we’ll be happy to support you.
No, this is a shell only. It does not produce any sound on its own. (However, if you need a keyboard, those are sold separately!)
The shells are shipped in a large box. The total shipping weight with the box is about 100 lbs. They can easily ship to your house. No forklifts or loading docks required.
Yes – we have a custom case available for purchase.
The legs attach with 2 bolts. Tighten up the total 6 bolts, and you’ll have a fully assembled shell.
No, we don’t recommend standing on the S30. They will easily hold the weight of any keyboard (assuming <75 lbs), but they are not designed to be stood on or sat on.
Check the dimensions here. The Presto S30 will hold most keyboards, but there are certain larger work stations that are too wide.
Our return policy is straightforward: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. To get a refund, simply send the item back to us. Please note that you, the buyer, are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Also, be aware that any fees charged by your credit card company for the transaction are not refundable.
